Winter is here – and with it comes the most enjoyable time at Chäsalp!


When the frost crackles outside, the evenings begin early, and warm lights shine through the windows, things get really cozy here. Inside, a lovingly decorated winter wonderland awaits you – and on your plates? Our classics, just as they should be: creamy fondue, crispy raclette, and steaming side dishes to dip, share, and enjoy.


Those who prefer to feast without cheese can look forward to tender meat from the hot pan – with side dishes such as grilled vegetables and baked potatoes. Served at the table, it stays wonderfully hot and continues to sizzle quietly while you toast and laugh.


And for those who like it even heartier: our warming “everything in the pot” dishes are perfect for frosty days – served in a caquelon, with lots of flavor and even more soul.

We specialize in cheese fondue and raclette. Our highlight is the city-famous Fondue Experience, where you can enjoy a variety of our fondues à discrétion. The menu is complemented by Swiss classics and seasonal specialties.

Bar & Lounge

Enjoy summer to the fullest on our sunny terrace! Our bar & lounge offers an enticing selection of cocktails, both with and without alcohol, perfectly suited to warm days. Let yourself be tempted by refreshing creations while the sun shines and the good vibes set the mood.
